We have lived here since 1999, we were the first people in the apartment. The apartment is great, although I need more storage space. I suspect that has more to do with the amount of junk I have than a deficit in the apartment design. The office staff comes and goes and some are good and some aren't. However, the manager has always been fair and helpful, as has been our leasing agent, Sequeeda. The amenities are great, and the maintenance staff seems to always be busy. When we have had problems, they seem to get right to it. My only complaint is that the landscaping has suffered, presumably because of the drought. They have many "community building" activities such as pool parties and brunches. I have no complaints about my neighbors except that there's no place for the kids to play and they tend to get rather creative. This is a great place for singles or people with no children.
