We just moved in last month and so far everything has been great. When we first moved in we were assured by the leasing agent that the apartment did not smell like smoke but after inspecting the apartment we found it reeked of smoke (later we found out that the leasing agent smokes and obviously could not smell anything). They promptly scheduled to have the place fogged which did help remove the smoke smell and replaced it with a cherry cough drop smell. But after a few weeks the smell has resided. With every other complaint the staff has been very good at resolving in a timely matter. So far I like everything about this place.
