I have lived here for 2 years and plan to stay another year. I have rarely ever had a problem and if i did it was fixed immediately! Everytime i go into the office i am greeted by name (it surprises me that everyone remembers my name). The pool in the summer is great, there is a bus stop in front of the complex, workout room is nice. I really love it here and if bad things are said you have to realize no place is perfect:) I am a VERY PICKY person when it comes to finding a place to live and I would recommend Renaissance to anyone who was looking for a place to rent.
