I lived in Renaissance Apts from Nov04 to Oct05. I have no complaints. The management staff was excellent, maintenance always came in a decent amount of time to fix things in my apt. If not the same day the next day. My neighbors below me and next to me were cool. I had a garage so I can't comment on parking and I was staying there when the resident was assaulted but I never felt unsafe living there. I referred a friend of mine I work with and she moved into my apt when I left and she likes it there too. The reason I moved was because my girlfriend and I got a house. Renaissance is definetely a good place to live.
