A great apartment for a good price.

I lived at the Renaissance for four years so I feel like I had been there long enough to see it all. Overall, the place is great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, fairly cheap apartment within 20 minutes of downtown Denver. I found that the staff was great most of the time and the maintenance was done quickly. I had probably about 5-6 problems and each one was fixed the same day or the next day if I called in the evening. Parking was not a problem, at least in the vicinity of my apartment. I have a Jeep Wrangler with no top in the summers and nothing was ever stolen or even tampered with. Like I said, for the price it is a great apartment.
