I signed my 5th lease in June '06. I've never had a problem with management or maintenance. I did have a neighbor that was very noisy and while management tried to address the problem the neighbor wouldn't cooperate and keep her child controlled. They have since moved and my new neighbors are much more considerate. Management did everything they could but there are laws that protect rude people like my former neighbor, especially when children are involved. That neighbor has been my only real complaint. My lease expires next May and I will probably stay here but move to a smaller apartment. My rent has stayed consistent for the past three leases. I feel safe here, the grounds are immaculate and since dogs have been allowed I've rarely experienced bad dog owners. I highly recommend this complex for the floor plans, the location and the staff.
