The apartments are nice and the grounds pretty clean, the fitnes center sucks and the managers are horable. I guess I am suposed to feel honored to be living their, especially with all the money we fork over. Try and get some help from the staff and once in a while they are good but its few and far between. I would have to say stay away if you are working with a tight budget. The places look good but arn't worth the $$$. But if you need new furnishings for your place their is usually something by a dumpster. And dont even try finding a good parking place, especially on a friday night. Had my car broken into twice, stero and tires jacked on both ocasions, managment said "We arnt responsable for vehicles, do you have car insureance'" and as for the front or side gates...What a joke! They are almost never closed!

If you are going to write a nasty review, maybe you should learn how to spell. I have to completely disagree with you. I think the Renaissance is a great property to live at. The apartments, as well as the grounds are very well taken care of. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. When it comes to your car getting broken into, what do you expect them to do? If you owned your house, who would you blame? Yourself?

As the police would tell you, crime can happen to anyone anywhere. Why are you blaming the management for your misfortune? Hey, I have a suggestion that would save you from writting half your review - rent a garage! For me a garage is a prereq for renting at a complex: extra storage, reserved parking, security for my car. If you can't afford it there are many other apartment complexes on this street that are cheaper and you could possibly consider government housing.

Three words for my 2nd grade drop out: Hooked on Phonics! A garage is about $70/month. Is it worth it to you? I guess not, but the feeling you must get from bitching about it is.
