I've lived here 5 years and I'm seriously considering not renewing my lease because I see the community going downhill fast.
There has been a change in management staff twice in the past year and the current manager is the worst I've seen since I've lived here. Also, the dog excrement is getting out of control and I attribute that to the people moving in here; it's almost like they have become desperate for renters. Too bad too, it's a beautiful complex, centrally located but management is turning it into the typical low rent (without the low rent) complex. I also expect a rent increase due to all the extra man hours for snow removal and I can't justify paying any more than what I am when I see the place going downhill.

Plus they don't tell you that less than a block away is a certain complex that houses mosty section 8.

To both whiner and whiner back-up. You can thank equal opportunity housing laws for dictating who can live where, not the staff. Get your facts straight before sitting back and bitching! As far as the dog feces, not everyone is as responsible but trust me when I say I have lived in much worse complexes and they are only down the road to the east. If it's that offensive and disconserting to you, grab a baggy from one of the numerous potty stations and pick it up instead of just bitching about it. Keep in mind, most of the feces in the spring is guano from the geese, not the dogs. DUH!

comone man with response on 07/19/2009. go out and dop your staff job. stop trying to prove that this place is good and there are others that bad. there are a lot place better than this place. so get up and work you ...!
