Before moving to Denver from Pittsburgh I had religiously researched apartments and frequented this site often. I wasn't sure what I was getting into with these ratings, especially considering some people just like to rant for no reason. Overall, I was very impressed with the Renaissance. We are moving out only because we recently bought a home. We have had very minimal maintenace issues, and the ones that we did have, were resolved quickly and correctly. The staff is usually helpful and friendly, nothing more than can be expected. I have never had a problem with safety and/or crime; the parking lots and stairs are very well lit. In addition, the grounds are kept extremely clean and the people who we have met living in nearby apartments are very nice and friendly.
