I finally had it. I am moving out. The place was clean and beautiful when I first moved 4 years ago. The management turnover is horrid. They used to clean the buildings and now I can see vomit that has dried up on the walls outside my apt building, it has been there since last spring. The neighbors are the noisest and rudest. They are saturday nights that it sounds like I am in the middle of a noisy intersection with cars outside honking their horns for people to come out and yelling as if we were in some sort of ghetto market. A call to security is a joke. I have one neighbor that leaves his garbage outside his apt for days and whatever is in the bags leakes so every morning I have to walk around that. I can not tell you how many times I have seen notices on the apts doors around me evicting the tenants. It appears they have no quality control over the inviduals they rent and are desperate to do so. Half the equipment at the gym does not work and the gates hardly ever function. Not only that they have increased their prices greatly. I can not conceived living in this dirty, noise place anymore

Sounds more like a case of "lazy ass" on your part to take pictures to document left out trash, to call the police, which are quick to respond, in cases of noise complaints. Also you can thank Equal Opportunity Housing laws for the "quality" of neighbors, not the staff. I have some great suggestions of places to live if you really think this place is dirty and noisy. Try anything along Parker, Colfax, Colorado, or Broadway. I am very sure you will find something much quieter and cleaner! NOT!

i believe that this anonymous who responded this post is one of the management staff. there are other places than colfax and broadway.. parker is not bad place, jsut far away, breakers is not bad. but if tennats have problems they are writing it here. and your job to fix it, not sitting by your comp and trying to get rate up.
