The Apartments are under new management and the new staff is NOT doing a good job!! When you neither call the office to put in a work order or complaint they are not as helpful nor do they take it seriously. The manager sent out a list of items to call the office for and what not to call for. He also said that we would be going through people??s trash bags if they were put next to the dumpster to find out whose they are. Ok I see where he is going with that but the dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing!!! That is not my problem the manager needs to get the trash company to come empty the dumpster more then once a week. The residences are receiving lease violations for stupid petty things without a warning. Some people are getting away with certain things and some are getting lease violations. On top of all this we did not receive our rent bills or a letter stating they would not be handing them out this month. What is going on''' Poor management if you ask me! The management is not taking care of us they are trying to run us off. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone and if I could get out I would!!!

It apears to me you are totally biased in your observation. There has to be changes when management changes and I for one received one of the "violations" you mention. I took it with grace, realizing that the new manager (Gary) is trying his best to improve the conditions here. You see him working EVERY day, 7 days a week and I feel you are very unfair and got a burr about something in your saddle. He came into my apartment and changed the blinds, upgrading them so that the sun stopped coming through into my living room. He didn't have to do this!!! When I have called for a work order, it has been done that day or the next one. I don't know where you are coming from but I for one RECOMMEND RIVIERA OUT OF RESPECT for what has been accomplished here in the last 5 months under Gary's management.
