Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
DO NOT believe anything the manager says. Nothing will be fixed right or in a decent time frame. The rents are overpriced for the condition of the units (even the renovated ones). It would be a great place to live if the liars were gone and the maintenance taken care of right not half-assed.
