People would knock on the door in the middle of the night,wanting money, would be trashed, falling down the stairs, fights all night, the lady down stairs was thrown through her kitchen window. Someone was shot,drug deals going on in the parking lot. They tried to renew my lease and told me I was in the hole $1200. I was NEVER late on rent.That was to compensate for all the loosers that ran out on them.I moved when I came home and the coroners office pulled up. That's only the beginning.So, you decide.

I used to live here when it was Western Terrace. Doesn't sound like anything's changed much except the paint job! Our experience was very similar. The office staff never answered the phone or returned calls and the office was frequently closed during office hours with no explanation. Pot smoke used to come up throught the medicine chest in the bathroom (not a positive experience with two kids living there). My underage son had to appear in court as a witness when he and his buddy stopped a guy from going after his girlfriend with a knife. We broke our lease after I saw the cops at the complex 10 separate times during the space of one week. Who knows how often they had been out in total since I was away from the complex at least 10 to 11 hours a day for work! Luckily the management was so inefficient that they lost our lease file and we didn't have to deal with them over the broken lease!
