Ok!.... if you're a welfare mom

Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2007-01-01
 

The units have been renovated and are quite nice inside.

But, repairs take forever to be completed and are done by people who have no training and don't speak english.

The grounds are not maintined well.

In the 6 months I've lived here there have been 3 apartment managers and they hire Temporary office staff who don't know what they're doing.

This complex seems to attract a lot of sketchy people.
