This place is a disaster, from top to bottom. They were renovated, sure, but the work was so shoddy, the materials so cheap, that everything falls apart anyway. The office is not helpful with requests, and important maintenance (like not having any water pressure... NONE) is treated like a joke by the folks in the office. I think "Omni" is French for "We just don't care about our residents." My car has been broken into once, I've seen numerous cars with holes in windows, and absolutely nothing was done to rectify the situation. The walls are paper thin, the screens on the windows weren't installed until 6 months after I moved in, and the patio door doesn't even lock. The landscaping is a joke. Oh, and during the snow storms, trash piled up and overflowed the dumpsters on the back side of the complex. Not the front, mind you... no, they have to keep renting these apartments to the unsuspecting people of Denver. What a joke.
