So the quality of the place is not Park Avenue, but the apartments are spacious.

Maintenance is slow, but the office staff is fairly helpful.

And at least there are no bugs...(unlike the place we were unlucky enough to move to).

All in all it was OK.

This must be from the office bc there is not anyone helpful and they only seem to make matters worse.
