I would have never moved here if i would have read these reviews before i moved!...The management is horrible! They rack on hundreds of dollars in late fees when you dont pay your rent right on the 1st. Its a no win situation with the management, they do not care about nothin but themselves. Rent is also way way too high for these apartments! The stains starting coming up from the carpet 2 days after i moved in, and was never vaccumed. The shower started molding 1 week after. I called over and over for them to fix my screen door, which maintenance came plenty of times but could not fix. I keep the heat on 90, yet its still cold! The walls are too thin, i can hear everything that happens at my neighbors apt. The laundry door was busted off. It has been a horrible experience all together. I found a apartment 10x better and am moving out before my lease is even up. Thank god!!!
