The price is right, and things are kept clean and operating. But everything is old and ugly, especially the carpeting, and there doesn't seem to be any desire to spruce things up.

The biggest problem is with the building management. The front desk person is nice, but the two higher ups are mean, cruel, unkind, impatient, rude, unreasonable and unfair. And their boss is even worse. (And I am not a problem tenant.) And they very cleary discriminate against non-Japanese-Americans.

how much for a 1 bedroom and 1 bath? they only tell you that the studio is $366 and the 2 bedroom is $538, so how much for a 1 bedroom?
