Noisy Apartment

I have lived in the Seasons for over three years. When the current managment, Red Peaks, took over, I was excited to hear their proposed changes and up-beat attitude. However, it has been over six months and nothing has been accomplished; conditions, in fact, got worse. Physical fights and loud disputes have waken me up in the middle of the night. Most importantly, they stress safety and a 24 hour doorman but I rarely see them.
