I'm assuming that the people that have written the other bad reviews are the kind that when given a $100 bonus at work, are upset because it isn't gift wrapped correctly!!

I am a new resident at The Seasons of Cherry Creek, and I am happy to tell you that this is a terrific place to live. There are a lot of property upgrades that have been happening within the past two months that I have lived at The Seasons that are raising this property in value and appearance. New paint, new gym equipment, lots of resident events, and new carpeting throughout the property are just a few of the things that have happened or are about to happen here. I'm not sure how all of these things are frowned upon by the other reviewers.

Furthermore, the staff at The Seasons are all terrific. They are always friendly, always helpful and they manage to make time to personally get to know the residents here at the property. In fact, the excellent staff is the main reason that I chose The Seasons in the first place. Again, I find the other reviewers' comments a bit ungrateful.

The location, staff and amenities at The Seasons make it a top notch apartment community. Unlike the other reviewers, I can strongly reccomend living at this property. You WILL NOT be sorry!

Certainly the door staff is wonderful! They are not the problem! The management staff needs to be trained in better customer service. Being new does not excuse them to be rude or defensive.

Judging by the language of the flyers, this sounds like it was written by the management itself.
