Property is very beautiful and the size of rooms are reasonable. The walls are a little thin. Therefore, at times you can hear your neighbors. When I initially moved in, there was an older crowd of people; however, I think most of them are gone. I saw alot of college students there. On the weekend, I've witnessed alot of alcohol smelling college students going up and down the elevators. For some....this is a good thing. For me....I decided to leave.

Also, the construction makes living there a little hard. If you can, wait until it is all over. There's constant banging and the elevators take forever..(b/c they are reserved for the construction workers). Also, they shut off the water intermittently throughout the day.

Its a convenient location...but I think you can get a better value if you looked around.
