The Seasons has good salesmanship, and it works. Yet, beneath that scripted positive attitude office staff persona neglect seems to be the order of the day when issues arise. Not sure where the rotten apple is spoiling this pie, but as tenants we do sense a blind eye is being turned on what we are experiencing in our every day interaction with management. Our concerns are treated as irrelevant, and make us feel as if we were a problem being passed from desk to desk and tossed through a cold management serving process that routinely denies us even that basic presumption that the customer is always right SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
