We are looking for a new place and thought this would be a great place to live. We went in, looked at an apartment, put a deposit down, payed our app fees, and left. We get a call saying our credit was denied and they need a cosigner. First of all, the people were friendly until this point, now they were short and didn't really care because they already had our money. We make more than quadruple the rent, payments would be no problem, they refused to take extra deposit for good faith like most reasonable apartment complexes would do. They also refused to call our last apartment complex where we were never late in our history. So we got a cosigner, and were still denied after paying another 50 dollars for an application fee. In my opinion this place is set up to take your money by any means, and provide you with no alternatives. Save your application fee, and peace of mind, and dont deal with this place...

I agree with it. I am still a resident here.The service is here is the worst. The manager and her team are not customer service oriented. The service is about sales ONLY!! The actual manager says NO to absolutely everything she can say as well as everyone that works for her. There is no room for negotiation. Ethics is a word that was not introduced here yet!! You are lucky that you are not here. Please keep passing this along!!
