Great landlord, cheap rent, not the best neighborhood

My experience at Sherrel Manor has been mostly positive. Unfortunately the neighborhood has been plagued by a series of theft crime which has greatly affected myself. Its unfortunate because otherwise these are some great little apartments for very reasonable price, and they don't discriminate against folks who have had some money problems in the past.
