Okay so if you think 5 points is bad...try living here. Crime is bad, gun shots, drug dealers oh and the playground here is a DUMP, it might has well be turned into a cat littler box. Water leaks, no installation, heat sucks, no air conditioning. OH and if you have kids I would not live here! People speed all the time and run stop signs. Even if they see kids playing the speed faster. Management is a joke, never in the office, if you leave a message good luck if it gets returned. The ground crew (only two people)always seems high on drugs, have no idea what they are doing. All in all cheap price not a good place to live.
