really sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I lived here for 5 years. The manager left in May this place went down hill. The new manager is a joke. She smokes constantly, has a dirty mouth, and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I thought the other manager was "too prude" because she made sure we didn't cuss in the courtyard, and she never smoked, cussed or drank. I miss her! This place is almost empty. I heard the owner died, and it was given to his sons. Bad move! They dah a sign outside for a while that said$300 a month. I wouldn't live there again for $3 a month!! 2 smart 2 live there!
