the managers are very nice but the building is falling apart - terriable elevators -the tenants are druggies - filthy in the laundry room and garbage rooms on each floor where you send down the trash - nasty all over - the tenants make it impossible to keep it clean - also some strange and scary people here also - people have been murdered here and there have been many suicides - i wonder why ' i know why - just live here for awhile and you will also see why --- stay away -- any one who lives here for a short time leaves asap --- 11 floors yet many times only 1 elevator for the entire building of a thousand people - and sometimes not even 1 elevator -- again stay away --- the managers do the best they can though --- its the owners they want to rent out apts at any cost - so many evictions have had to take place also -- bad tenants --- there is no good thing to say but the managers are good people thats all ----
