If you want to be a ??want to be Yuppie??, and act like your better then everybody, not say hi to your neighbors, and live in a place called the Snobnata in the boring suburbs this place is for you. However, if you want a neighborly and friendly place, a neighborhood with character and style, not have security cameras follow your every move, and not have a yuppie gate surrounding your place, this is not a place for you. Parking' I tried to park in the parking lot, and could never get a place. I just ended up parking on the street, and had damage to my car. Garbage' You better follow their rules because if you put it out to early, or if your bag breaks, then you have a litter violation. They prorated me for the month of July when I moved in and I payed 200 some for 10 days, and my lease was from August 05-August 06. Then I find they want to take me to court for not paying another prorated price in August 06. This place is a snobby and stuck up place that will try to cheat you out.
