Although we only lived there about six months, for the most part we enjoyed our time there. The apartments are only five years old, but they seem to have been built with low stardands, things were always falling apart. Luckily the maintaince people were very quick to get everything fixed. The office staff are all very nice. Our only real problem were our neighbors on one side. There walls leave something to be desired as far as sound proofing. We had respectful neighbors on one side that we never heard, and some loud college kids on the otherside that we heard all the time. So for short term housing, as is most apartment living, they are not too bad.
