After seeing the model, I was impressed and leased up on a "special" offer. On the day I signed the lease, the "Special" was changed to another "special" and the cost went up from what was originally agreed upon. Since I had already given notice at my previous address and had to move I was forced to take the unit. I have had to wade through mud, snow, ankle deep water, put up with mice and ants, air conditioning that doesn't work, heating that works sometimes, hot water that is lukewarm, noise, a pitch black parking lot, utilities that are different than represented, cold drafty air rolling in under the door and around the windows, and a staff that act like it's all a big joke. These people are very quick to charge you extra charges, even after you try to make arrangements due to unforseen emergencies. I had a death in my family and tried to negotiate to pay rent 15 days late (normally I pay in advance at least 1-3 days before rent is due). For my honesty, I was charged so much in late fees, attorney costs, and eviction prevention, I ended up paying almost double my rent for that month. These people just really don't care. I have one month left on my lease and you can rest assured I would rather live in a homeless shelter than here. The characters I see hanging around in the dark parking lot when I get home at night really scare me. But I guess you can expect a ghetto like atmosphere when management is either too cheap or too lazy to replace broken light bulbs so women who live there might not get accosted in the parking lot just because they have to come home after dark. You really don't want to be here.
