We are almost at the end of our lease, thank god. This place is an absolute nightmare. During the day, hundreds of kids have full run of the complex, and they are completely rude, destructive, and LOUD. At night, there is so much activity (partying, drug dealing, etc...) that sleep is pretty much impossible and it's worse than living in a dorm room. They actually have an "on call" deputy that won't respond to your complaints if you call. Calling the police department won't do any good either; and forget trying to get any help from the leasing office. The apartments are crap; our townhome flooded our first week there. We currently have no screens on our windows (and no AC either) a broken garbage disposal, and two toilets that won't stop running. We've asked them to fix these things seven times over the past two months, and they have not even bothered to look at them. Two weeks ago, someone in our building was robbed. We have kids climbing on our patio, knocking on our windows and scaring our dog, drug dealers next door, you name it and we've dealt with it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Guaranteed, you will regret renting at Stone Creek.
