Agree with the previous post. This is a very affordable, clean and desirable apartment complex. The building is available to those with low-income and disabilies and the rent is based on income. The location is prime and otherwise unavailable to most people on a fixed income. There is usually a waiting list because there is a high demand for the apartments and many residents don't leave. The staff are pleasant and helpful and available to residents. Unlike other housing, they also provide lunch free for their residents and have a 'community room' with activities if residents want to partake. There are trash chutes on each floor and wash facilities on every other floor. They pay for all utilities (other than electricity). Since the location is in the heart of a large metropolitian downtown, it is subject to noice, safety and parking issues. You would find these at any location of a downtown.
