Granted I just moved in a week ago- but I wanted to write a review because I'm so pleased. There are many different floor plans... Cheap for square footage. I did hours and hours of research via apartment ratings and actual visits to complexes. I wanted to be close to Washington Park (5 mintues) 24 hour Fitness (3 minutes) , 1 mile from I-25 and tons of great restaurants nearby. Water, trash, sewer, heat AND a/c included. The staff is great - she showed me atleast 5 different layouts. I had leaks under both sinks when I moved in- they fixed it the very next day. I decided on a 1 bedroom 730 square feet... I have the best view you could ask for- panaramic mountain view!!! AMAZING! So far I haven't heard my neighbors at all. No problem parking at all- I have a free assigned spot. SO in a nutshell- location, staff, space, parking, THE VIEW :) A
