| 01/01/2013 | Good: Huge studio laid out nicely. Convenient location to get to Downtown, Cherry Creek and I25. Bad: Office personnel are super nice until you sign the lease. Afterwards forget it. The Manager hides in back and when tracked down will yes you to death and then do nothing. People are running personal trainer businesses out of the fitness room so regular residents have trouble using it. Nobody monitors the number of guests at the (small) pool so it's over crowded.
