Where will I start, need anything done wait a month (if your lucky) then they still can't do it right even know they Offer a 24hr guarantee.
In the winter no Heat (for over a month BUT you will still pay for it) and in the summer none of the air conditioners work and they won't spend the money for new ones.
The Office staff was great Trish, Claudine & Michelle but got treated so bad they left so never try and ask a simple question "Whats my Rent" cause you will never be told the right amount, but they will still stink you with $100.00 late charge when its there fault.
Amenties..1 Pool half opened, 1 pool no heat and the other one had the cover on all year round. The sauna & steam has never worked and all the exercise equipment is broken and the tennis courts are covered with dog poop.
None of the Secure building have handles never mind locks.

The management runs this apartment complex like it is there own private company. They hire people who access your apartment without permission and they steal stuff. Sharon and the Main manager, do not know the meaning of customer service. Every time I have gone to the office to get them to do something in my apartment, Sharon, sit there with an attitude like she is someone important. She is just an apartment receptionist. She files false complaints against residents she does not like.Ie. I was watching my brothers dog for a few hours and she saw me. The very next day she said one of my neighbors complained that a dog was barking, when in fact the dog was gone and none of my neighbor complained. This apartment is hell, there are cockroaches and ants all over and they don't do any thing about it. I am so disgusted at this place. (YUCK) Oh my gosh, worst place in all history. This place should be condemed.
