I have lived in Tamarac for one year and I cannot be happier that I am moving. First off the place is GHETTO! Its embarassing when you want to bring people home and your parking lot is full of trashy people smoking, drinking beer and fixing there Subaru Brat. The pool had some tenants dressed to the nines in jerseys and FUBU jeans (WHO WEARS JEANS TO THE POOL). The place advertises a work out facility yet 50% of their 6 pieces of equipment work (maybe). Problems I have had: No water (5 days), No hot water(2x), no electricity (numerous times), No heat (4x). ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON PEOPLE!!

I have lived at Tamarac for almost a year and I can not disagree with you more! Granted it not the Taj Majal but hell you live in a apartment. I love my home as well as the people who I live near. The staff is very professional and consistantly going above and beyond. It is very hard to monitor who "hangs" around the property. Who are you to judge what kind of car people drive....I make very good money and my car is not the best but I do not care what people think...I would like to own my home someday and I prefer to save my money and get good gas milage then have a high car payment and live in a apartment! I am sure you moved to Tamarac because that was all you could afford or should I say qualify for and now you got off your ass and found a different job that pays a $1 more an hour and now qualifies you to become better then everyody else! The property is 35 years old folks you are bound to have some issues with heating, water, etc......that is why the staff is prepared to deal with those issues as needed. I feel sorry for people like you, life is to short.....I count my blessings that I have a roof over my head a bed to sleep in at night and "money" in my bank account! I will be buying a Home when my lease is up and I will thank Tamarac Village for going easy on my rent increase and allowing me to save for a home. This place is not GHETTO its a wonderful place to live and in a very good location ( 10 min from my job )I guess there will always be miserable people that will be unhappy no matter what their situation is!!

The management runs this apartment complex like it is there own private company. They hire people who access your apartment without permission and they steal stuff. Sharon and the Main manager, do not know the meaning of customer service. Every time I have gone to the office to get them to do something in my apartment, Sharon, sit there with an attitude like she is someone important. She is just an apartment receptionist. She files false complaints against residents she does not like.Ie. I was watching my brothers dog for a few hours and she saw me. The very next day she said one of my neighbors complained that a dog was barking, when in fact the dog was gone and none of my neighbor complained. This apartment is hell, there are cockroaches and ants all over and they don't do any thing about it. I am so disgusted at this place. (YUCK) Oh my gosh, worst place in all history. This place should be condemed.
