Very Unhappy with my place. Can't wait to move out. Very noisy, very dirty. Smells horrible in the hallways. There are maintenance problems with everything. At first, I was thinking I was getting a good deal on my rent, but then they started charging "gas fees" every month. That comes to additional $100 a month or so excel bills, etc. Nobody told me when I was signing a lease. Quite pricy for kind of "luxury" you get there. You will be better off with a higher rate but less problems somewhere else.

The management runs this apartment complex like it is there own private company. They hire people who access your apartment without permission and they steal stuff. Sharon and the Main manager, do not know the meaning of customer service. Every time I have gone to the office to get them to do something in my apartment, Sharon, sit there with an attitude like she is someone important. She is just an apartment receptionist. She files false complaints against residents she does not like.Ie. I was watching my brothers dog for a few hours and she saw me. The very next day she said one of my neighbors complained that a dog was barking, when in fact the dog was gone and none of my neighbor complained. This apartment is hell, there are cockroaches and ants all over and they don't do any thing about it. I am so disgusted at this place. (YUCK) Oh my gosh, worst place in all history. This place should be condemed.
