Good Management

The place is nice, for the money. Management has been very, very responsive. The few things I've needed have been taken care of right away. The only real bummer is the cabnets. They are old and in poor condition, but the way the kitchens are, you don't really notice from the living room. I shopped around a lot, and this was the best I found for the money. Utilities seem fair. Also I negotiated only a $14.00/month increase when I renewed my lease. I would reccomend Tamarac Village.
