I've lived at Tamarac for 18 months. The management is very nice and maintenance has always been quick to fix whatever needed fixing. The seals on the windows allow a lot of cold/hot air in, which increases the utility bill quite a bit. Also, gas is not individually metered, so if you like a cooler apartment, you end up paying for everyone else's hot apartments. Would recommend to anyone, yet think you can get a better deal somewhere else.
