I should of known when I found a dead cockroach in the kitchen within the first week this would be a problem. From there it got worse. From the illegals next door (10 in a 600 sq. foot apt.) to bugs everyday. Lots of argueing with the office, and 3 calls to the health dept. later they agreed to give me the full deposit back, ofcourse minus cleaning fees. Thank god, now I can leave this cockroach infested place! The only good thing to say about these places is the maintaince is awesome. Always there in a timely manner, nice, usually did a great job. Don't move here unless you like bugs and children playing till 10pm.

The management runs this apartment complex like it is there own private company. They hire people who access your apartment without permission and they steal stuff. Sharon and the Main manager, do not know the meaning of customer service. Every time I have gone to the office to get them to do something in my apartment, Sharon, sit there with an attitude like she is someone important. She is just an apartment receptionist. She files false complaints against residents she does not like.Ie. I was watching my brothers dog for a few hours and she saw me. The very next day she said one of my neighbors complained that a dog was barking, when in fact the dog was gone and none of my neighbor complained. This apartment is hell, there are bug and ants all over and they don't do any thing about it. I am so disgusted at this place. (YUCK) Oh my gosh, worst place in all history. This place should be condemed.

It's obvious that the apartment receptionist wrote that response...the person who wrote the complaint knew he/she renewed the lease (it doesn't state that on the complaint)...

Yeah that Sharon is a piece of (EXPLETIVE HERE)! Worse than her is tenant relations manager Gary. A total BS artist who thinks he is a tuff guy. Gave me a look and started to get in my face before one of the other girls told him to chill. Lucky for him she did!
