This place is a GHETTO. I'm guessing the only reason there are not more bad reviews is that most of the people who live here are just plain illiterate(I'm not just talking about computer illiterate).

1st - The Tenants...If you like filthy inconsiderate people as your neighbors than by all means move here. I have no idea how most of these people pass the background and credit check. I'm sure someone applies for them and/or the primary renter brings in losers to share the rent with them. Some hang out in the parking lot, drink beer, smoke, and make comments to women as they come home or visit(and of course leave the beer cans and butts on the ground). Some do the same thing from their porches. The noise is unbelievable. Some of the blame is because the wall are thin(like most cheap apartments) but even if it were 2 foot concrete I could still here the jackass next door crank up his bass every day after smoking a joint on his porch which then blows in my window. If you have a new or decent vehicle it will not look that way in short order from all the clowns parking a half a foot away and dinging your car with their door. I could go on and on but my head might explode thinking about it. Anyway, some other tenants you will be sharing your life with here at TamaGhetto are barking dogs(3 per apt), bedbugs(yes they are real), roaches, and rats!!!

2nd - The Slum Lords(aka management)...OMG where do I start' They just renovated the clubhouse/rental office and it looks very nice. The girls are very nice but you better get a receipt for everything you do or pay the price when they say "we don't have a record of you ever bla bla bla". The pools close early and open late and they blame the tenants(the ones they rented to). They put up posters that read "because of all the vandalism and substances found in the pools we will be closing early. You people should be ashamed of yourselves yada yada yada". It s a joke! They throw down a pile of salt on your stairs 3 days AFTER the snow storm. EVERY DAY when you come home from work brace yourself as you turn on the faucet because it will bellow air from whatever the hell they did that day to Band-Aid the plumbing. Once we had no hot water in the building for a week and they told us to "quit complaining" and use the shower over in the clubhouse. Warning; they will enter your place no matter how many time you tell them "do not enter unless emergency". The so-called "courtesy patrol" is non-existent. You will never see anyone patrolling. If you try to call for a problem, you will get some lady coughing - half asleep - answering after 27 rings - asking you what city and property you are calling from. Then, of course, no one ever shows up.

3rd - The Apartments/Buildings - Actually they are not that bad for the price. Walls are thin, carpets are cheap, appliances and hardware are old and of cheap grade, the plumbing problem I mentioned earlier, but overall functional. If there were not all the problems with the management and renters it would be acceptable.

Anyway, if you read this far hopefully you got a laugh out of what I have gone through with this place and if I save just one person from this hell it was worth taking the time to write this. I think most people who review apartments are just disgruntled and you need to take what they say with a grain of salt but I tell you now I am not even writing about half of the BS that goes on here. It would be a three page report if I did!!!

Everything here is true. I just moved out and feel so much better to be free of this place. This has been an absolute nightmare for the past year.

I have just moved out as well. I have two months left on my lease but I would rather pay to and let the apartment sit empty than live there another day. Of course the dirtbag management would not let me out of the lease a minute early.
