This is strictly for lower socio-economic class residents, those with possibly less than stellar credit to be taken advantage of, and all around desperate people in general. Regardless of your personal status your WILL be grouped in with them for similar qualification standards and deceptive scrutinizing, attempting to convince all they fit in that category. The surrounding tenants would like to see this apartment complex razed to the ground and replaced with a more appropriate ethical business that doesn t degrade the entire area.
