Been living here a while, there are pros and cons, but that happens with all apartment living. We have a 2 bedroom, it is very spacious and has a nice layout. When we moved in it had new carpet,paint,newer appliances,etc. Rent is reasonably priced as compared to other places we looked for a 2bd with 1,000 squarefeet. Lots of parking. Grounds are maintained nicely in the courtyards.I'll touch on somethings mentioned in the "bad" reviews left by others:

Bugs: I have seen a few ants on a bathroom floor everyonce in a while, otherwise no issues with anything else.

Maintenance: I have had several maintenance issues(it's an older building) nothing really major, they are always prompt at getting it fixed. But their afterhours maintenance phone line can take a few tries to get someone out after 10pm.

Staff: I've never had any staff issues, the office girls are always nice, but can be forgetful.

Tenants: Yes, there are a fair amount of foreign people who reside here. And by foreign I mean Indian, not illegal immigrants. There are also some residents who don't seem to care about keeping their dogs on leashes and will let them run about willy nilly. I have seen a few dog incidences when people have them off-leash, ie: dogs attacking dogs, dogs attacking people.

All in all, it is a decent place to live. Close proximity to shopping/restaurants/I-25. This is by no means a "ghetto" aparment complex. Those who think that must really have never seen a true -------- aparment complex, they do exist.
