You get what you pay for. Don t be fooled by the location This is deceivingly an isolated, very low class environment amidst a contrasting upper middle class neighborhood.. If you can t afford anything better, accept this only as temporary living quarters, and take the shortest lease possible Living here one must be extra cautious of the desperation of one s immediate neighbors lack of responsibility for their actions. Lock everything up and take extra precautions for you personal safety, especially vulnerable women. Theft, inconsiderate neighbors, safety are a few of the balances you must weigh against what you can afford. It s a tremendous relief for me to be out and finally into a better neighborhood.
