We have only lived here a short time and but so far its been nice. Is it perfect, no, first this is a much older apartment complex. They have had problems with flooding during the horrible rain storms we have had but they had people out to work on it the very next day. They are in need of updating on their cabinents, closets and windows. We have had things that needed repair since we moved in but the majority have been fixed and we are working on the others. We can hear our neighbors walking in their bedroom because the floor squeeks in some places but I expect a certain amount of noise from the neighbors, it is an apartment after all. So far all the neighbors in our building seem to be respectful and pretty quiet. The grounds are lovely and we love the pools, they have 3. Yes, people do let their dogs run, which their not suppose to and they don't always pick up after them. Some people have no respect for anyone no matter where you live. The washers and dryers are a little small but we have had no problems with them. The ladies in the office have been more than friendly in my experience and have done their best to take care of any issues we have had so far. I hope our experience continues to be this positive for however long we live here. There is a wide diversity of neighbors here both in nationality and age and we have enjoyed speaking with many of them. I know they do have tenants who have lived here for years.
