Managment is Amazing

My boyfriend and I read the reviews on these before moving to Denver from Tampa,FL.

CJ the landlord was so nice to us and showed us each of his apt buildings.

The Dalton was very clean and the maintenance people were very nice.

We ended up moving into the Clarkson on 12th and Clarkson.

They are very well kept and extremely quiet.

Its really neat how well kept these old buildings are.

And I am very happy CJ was there for us every step of the way to help us find one of his apartments to live in.

I definitely recommend any of the classic properties of Denver that the Dalton and the Clarkson are apart of.
