The carpets are very bad and worn out, over all very old buildings with poor fixtures. The Management is very very rude. They never provide reasonable offers for rent renewals. The high rent is not worth the cheap quality of the apartments. They charge close to 900 for a 2 bed 1 bath which is about 200 more expensive than other places and you can get better quality else where. Try Covington next door which is newer construction and much much lower rent..
