The last day of my lease is approaching. I cannot wait to move. Some of my neighbors are great-- many families and single people. However, some of the tenants here are VERY shady. They lurk and act like crackheads. They smoke outside their apts in the hallways and common areas and leave trash EVERYWHERE.
The management is downright awful. They truly do not care and fight with me. Packages were stolen from my door and they acted like it was no big deal. Someone tried to open my front door and they didn't even respond. I asked them to clean the common areas of my building three times with no action.
The maintenance staff is great. Overall, I was pretty embarrassed to have guests over because it looks like a ghetto.
Just look somewhere else. You'll be happier. I am moving to Cierra Crest, got the same price for more room and a lot better apt.
