I lived in 2 bedroom apt. on the top floor with a friend. The layout was superb. Because we were on top floor and on side, we only had 2 tenants we might hear noise from. Location is EVERYTHING! We faced south and had views from 3 different directions. Liked that we each had own bathroom and fireplace. Very sunny. But the air conditioning was nice! in the summer. My neighbors were quiet and would tell me when they were going to have a party on the weekend. I LOVED the pool. It got busy with kids in the summer, but it was great!. Hot tub nice too. It was wonderful having tennis courts on site. Location: really easy to get on highway via Evans (of course with t-rex now an issue) and close to Aurora.

I think things started to change though when they reduced rent and deposits. The neighborhood did start to get more nosier tenants. Too bad. But that was the rental market.

Because we shared, I thought rent very reasonable given all the amenities. Plus, my roommate had been there for a couple years so each year our rent went down a little bit. Nice--since most places do not do that.

Americas beer place could hear the noise from apt.but not bedrooms. It was a nice hangout with friends and within walking distance. Shopping area nearby and easy access to bike trail --cherry creek :)

Parking could get a little tight depending on location of apt. Sometimes I had to park in back lot if got home late because the side lots were full. Assigned parking would have been better.
