this place sucks!!! the management is so horrible there are few words to describe! they are rude, especially the property manager. be extra careful, if you make the mistake of moving in, about your "in and out condition report"! they tried charging me $1200 on replacing the carpet in the entire apartment for one small burn. *FYI* be sure to ask when the carpet was installed and ask to see the invoice because they cannot charge you for carpet if it is over a certain age, and because i did that they dropped the carpet bill because the carpet was crappy when and moved in. it sucks if you have neighbors like mine who lived on top of us and never had jobs and made noise all day. the management doesn't really care when you ask for their help. the office staff are nothing but cheesy scammers. please do NOT waste your time getting ripped off by theses people!!!!!!

I currently live at Central Park Apartments and I am unhappy with them as well. Thank God I am moving out in October. The manager definitely doesn't care about the noise. I had people above me who vaccuumed at 6 or 7 in the morning, had parties all night, and were so loud when having sex they woke me up from a dead sleep. I called courtesy patrol and they did nothing. I called the manager and she did nothing. Then I had a leak in my living room window, I called the office 4 times to inform them about it. I had water damage to the paint and drywall around the window and all the lazy maintenance people did was come and put a coat of paint over it. There is a huge bubble in the old paint and they didn't even fix that. I was curious about the carpet thing. How old does the carpet have to be before they can't charge you for it?
